Refund policy

- You can request a refund within 30 days of the charge appearing on your mobile account.
- Send your request to help@singspace-pe.com and include the mobile number the charge was made to.
- Add the approximate date of the charge so we can locate it faster.
- We confirm receipt of every request and let you know the outcome by email.

- Crediting time depends on your operator and can take a few billing cycles.
